Thermometers only accepts what is. Thermostats use what is to change the environment. There is a difference!

September 7, 2023 – WPU’s own JuJu Williams serves as Student Chaplain, President of the SGA and is also a volleyball player. She shares her personal testimony about how God allowed her to see a miraculous turnaround in her family. She also speaks of the power of forgiveness and redemption.
September 5, 2023 – WPU President Dr. Brian Johnson speaks to students about Career and Calling. It is a blessing for our students to hear of some of his personal experiences being a first generation college graduate from humble beginnings of scarcity and less than ideal circumstances. He also shares how his faith in Jesus sustained him to accomplish demonstrated works.
August 31, 2023 – Pastor Zo reminds students that who you become on the journey supersedes what you receive. When your character is developed it enables and empowers you to handle the responsibility of promotion.
August 29, 2023 – Free Flow Worship…The music was so encouraging and students came up for prayer and to rededicate themselves to God’s will for their lives.
August 24, 2023 – Pastor Zo asks, ”What is the story behind the glory?” The path to the prize is always greater than the prize itself! He reviews the story of David and Goliath and what life lessons can be abstracted from it.
